About Troy
Troy Gordon is a New York–based real estate professional, investor, and connector known for combining a relentless work ethic with a relationship-driven approach to business.
Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Troy spent over 15 years in hospitality and events, working closely with high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, athletes, and influential figures. This experience shaped his ability to understand people at a high level, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service—skills he has seamlessly transferred into real estate over the past decade.
Today, Troy operates across both residential and commercial real estate, with a core focus on helping clients buy and sell apartments, condos, co-ops, and multifamily properties, while also advising on larger-scale acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies. His transaction experience spans a wide range of asset classes, with notable deals including:
- $30M development sale – 1725 Kennedy Causeway, Miami
- $20M hotel sale – Holiday Inn Express, Brooklyn (2025)
- $11,075,000 single-family home sale – Upper East Side (2026)
- Lease of the Abbey Hotel, Miami (formerly operated by Sonder)
- 54,000 sq. ft. office lease – 1900 Broadway (Robotics company)
Beyond brokerage, Troy brings the perspective of a principal and investor to every transaction. He actively acquires, owns, and manages real estate across multiple markets, allowing him to evaluate risk, structure deals, and make decisions with real capital at stake. This enables him to advise clients not just as a broker, but as someone who understands both sides of the table—the operator and the decision-maker.
Troy owns multifamily properties across Columbus, Ohio; Birmingham, Alabama; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Miami, Florida, and has invested in syndicated opportunities in Prescott, Arizona and Bossier City, Louisiana.
His foundation in real estate started early—at 14—when his father introduced him to Rich Dad Poor Dad, shaping his long-term view on wealth, ownership, and investing.
In addition to his real estate business, Troy hosts curated networking dinners connecting founders, venture capital, and private equity professionals. These intimate gatherings are designed to create meaningful relationships and opportunities, built on a simple philosophy: add value first.
Troy is known for being straightforward, transparent, and patient, prioritizing long-term relationships over short-term transactions while continuing to expand a network that spans New York, the Caribbean, and beyond.
